Conference venue and accommodation

The Club Belambra "Les criques" is located "feet in water" at the eastern tip of the peninsula of Giens. It offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. It is located in a pine forest of 35ha, in one of the most beautiful sites of the Côte d'Azur. The car-free site (parking is available at the club entrance) provides an idyllic setting for CSMA 2022 participants.

The conference is held in residential Belambra club. The registration fee includes accommodation. Participants will be accommodated on site.

CSMA attendees who plan to arrive on Sunday May 15 or stay on site the night of Friday May 20 will book their additional nights at the following websites:

As for the registration to the conference, the participants concerned can indicate the name of the person with whom they share the accommodation. The list of participants will be sent to the organizing committee in order to follow the status of registrations and to be able to keep the same accommodation during the congress.

Payment for additional nights will only be made via the platform.

Access

Belambra Club "Les Criques" is located 12km from the Hyères train station and 27km from Toulon train station. Toulon-Hyères airport is 10km away. The driving times are approximately as follows: 

• Belambra les Criques ⟷ SNCF station of Hyères: 20min
• Belambra les Criques ⟷ SNCF station Toulon: 40min
• Belambra les Criques ⟷ Hyères airport: 15 min

On monday 16 of May, a member of the organizing committee will be on hand to welcome you in the hall of the station, at the welcome bubble. Two shuttles will be waiting for you at the bus station which is on the left when leaving the train station. The bus company will have a CSMA sign posted.
The departures to the Belambra are planned at 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM 1:30 PM.

Apart from shuttles, participants can use the Réseau Mistral buses (https://www.reseaumistral.com) to get to the Belambra.

For friday 20 of May, the shuttles to the Toulon train station will leave at 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM two shuttles will leave at 1:30 PM from the reception of the Belambra. The registration list is available here.

Toulon-Hyères airport

The compatibility of the flights arrivals time tables at the Toulon-Hyères airport being quite low, no shuttle is offered. However, the travel time to the Belambra is about 15min, and can easily be done in taxi.

The companies offering flights between Paris and Toulon are mainly Transavia (https://www.transavia.com) and EasyJet (https://www.easyjet.com).
