Instructions to authors

Here are some information about the organization of oral and poster presentations.

The abstracts submission will be open on Septembre 6, 2021. To access the submission form, you must sign-in using the "Login" button on the top-right corner of the website.

By submitting a paper, the authors implicitly accept the publication on HAL.

This year, the scientifc committee decided to feature the "dynamics of structures" and "Contact mechanics, interfaces" themes in the Poster session.

Templates for submission of extended abstracts:

One of the three templates proposed below must be used for the submission of the extended abstracts. All the necessary information is provided in the templates.

The extended abstract must have 4 pages minimum and 8 pages maximum.

Oral presentations:

Oral presentations may be in English or French.

The duration of the presentations is 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions.

Each room will be equipped with a video projector connected to a PC with Microsoft Office 2010 software, OpenOffice and Acrobat Reader DC.

It is widely desired to favor the use of the equipment made available, ensure the portability of your presentation, which can be tested during breaks.

Posters:

The poster format is free. You will have a panel 1m wide and 2m high to hang it. More precise installation instructions will be sent to you upon your arrival at the Conference.
